With your support, we will ensure the availability of scholarships and bursaries to all deserving students. At CBU, we’re breaking barriers to enrol more Cape Breton Island students. At the same time, we’re attracting and supporting bright minds from around the world.
The expansion of our scholarship and bursaries program will provide support for those who need financial assistance from a variety of backgrounds and under-represented groups in the community.
Student Research Opportunities & Experience
We recognize that innovative and impactful research capable of addressing the complex issues we face today, and in the future, depends on equitable, diverse, and inclusive research opportunities.
Together, we will encourage and empower all students to engage in research that can have a positive impact on our lives, communities, and society.
With your support, a collaborative state-of- the-art research laboratory, to be located in the future Centre for Discovery and Innovation (CDI), will further propel research in multidisciplinary fields at CBU.
